How We Work: From Requests To Results

Booking

Once an agreement is signed, all you have to do is send us your shift details and we'll start booking the most suitable staff for your brand. Every shift is triple confirmed in our booking system, and we keep backup staff ready so youʼre covered.

Briefing

Every Brand Ambassador receives detailed shift instructions and training materials. The day before activation, we conduct a live confirmation call and re- brief on key messaging. If someone doesn't confirm, backup is immediately scheduled.

Activation

Staff arrive a few minutes early to set up, checks in with photo verification, and runs your activation smoothly and on-brand. If requested, they pick up supplies (cups/ice) in advance. After the shift, they clean up, complete the report, and handle product payment when required.

Reporting

Within 48 hours, you receive comprehensive event reports, receipts, and shift photos in your dedicated shared folder. Full transparency, zero follow-up required.
